Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Talking about my experience I would like to tell it's a good school where you will grow learning new things and will get opportunities for self enhancement..work life balance is also there.And school principal Mrs.Madhu Sirohi is also a very nice person and supportive.

I really loved working there as it was a dream school to work for! As i,myself has done all my studies from the same! If i talk about the development, my skills have gone to next level. And also even i. I felt like mpsfg has done great things and brought great changes to my life. Also i got to have alot growth in the field. So i just love *MySchool* 🤩
