This place is run by unprofessional - unqualified people, who make the life of every employee miserable. The top manages from remote and the goons here run the hospital as they like -- groupisms, favouritisms, gangisms and what not! The hospital is in a very wrong path.

Work life balance is excellent and also the freedom at work place is unparalleled.Also being surrounded by a belt of medically under served area,job satisfaction is quite high.Our hospital is one of a few active transplant centres.

Dislikes

The cases tend to be more of general medicine than core Nephrology and despite a decent dialysis number and variety of cases,the growth tends to plateau as it’s a small city.Compensation,which appears good in the initial phase,is invariably linked to numbers and therefore it also remains static.

That hospital is open readily adopts latest method. Other plus points of that hospital opened by Mr. Rosaiya and one time. Dr. A. B. J. Abdul kalam Sir visit and give the speech about meenakchi Hospital at thanjavur.
