They didn't support any staff regarding salary. We are in lot of problems but this company manager do not understand any employee problem and force to resign because of salary.and here is no any supported staff who discuss with manager regarding salary.

Staff is not supportive and boss is also HR and he do not take responsibility of any employee.rather than they do the 16 hours work in a day from employees.

Likes

The company is open to innovation and reality adopts latest technology. Plus point is that my collegues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

Not in good company because no good management no any life in this company all staff only respected owner only for super bonus otherwise. .......

MY OWNER OF THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD KNOWLEDGE AND HE ALWAWYS INSPIRE TO LEARN AND DO ANYTHING EVERYONE, VERY DISPLINED HE APPLY ONE RULE ON EMPLOYE

Dislikes

I enjoy the work environment and company culture in my present role. However, my particular role has become repetitive now that I’ve mastered the basics. Management seems to be slow in assigning new work or handing out additional responsibilities, so I don’t always feel like I am receiving enough challenge from the role. I feel that I could be growing faster and learning more if I were challenged more, which is one reason I’m looking to join a new company and take on a higher-level job now.
