New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

Beware of this small company. There is so few rating about this company. I have a doubt how many people knows about this company. Think 100 times even before applying. Apply only if there is no other options. But also after applying, your time will be wasted, as HR will not bother to inform you.

...ht shift allowance, no incentive, just nothing. Also, for error, they will cut. So, anyone at the rate will get salary of a fresher level or maybe even less. But these persons will expect 8-10 years experience and will question about experience. The quality of their test and salary is not up to mark of even Fresher level. So, you can understand the Quality of people working there. Finally, not at all recommended for anyone, no Fresher and not at all for any experience to apply for job and waste time, money, energy.
