... gets a laptop, phone, pen drive, dongle.. all devices needed to work on the go. The management looks out for the employees and there was no salary cut in the pandemic also. They even gave Diwali bonus in 2020. What else do we need?

Its a small company but then you get ample opportunity to grow.
