Experience has been very good. Medusind has always been supportive during initial pandemic times they provided us with half pay for which I am thankful. Rather than this I am back on work now. Working from home is very exciting the work challenges, online training everything has been the best.Grateful to be a part Medusind

As i worked in this company for past 6 months ,the salary is on time ,there are lot activities that are done inside the company to encourage employee like monthly there is birthday celebration✨ ,celebrating main festival with dress code those are the good things that may be not found in any other company..

...e join the company at your own risk as the management and HR team is not good.in this Covid-19 situation also they don't really care about their employee by giving them salary or any allowance or any project to work on ...for past 4 months we are at home without any salary from the company..we thought we would be getting half of the salary form them but they not care at all such a bad thing😡 they can do in this situation...at short they will support when they need you not when you need them in such a crisis

The salary for a US Process could have been better. Though I pointed it, it does not mean that they are providing less than industry standards. For a company which is better in all aspects the salary also could have been a little bit better

19.08.2019 I Appointed as Sr Executive Finance Employee Code A5453 under Meera Vaja (Team Lead) , Bharat Pujara (AGM Finance) Aniruddh (CFO) ; I blessed with three most TOXIC seniors in Accounts. Out of these three I have to work Meera Vaja (VIRULENT, POISONOUS LADY) on day to day basis. She is not event competent to become Toilet Cleaner or Sweeper but this company has give them the post of TEAM LEADER. She only interested in new find out silly mistakes of mine, how to use sarcastic language, not to support in critical situation, not to provide proper guidance, training , ordering like a BOSS etc. She is also interested in few other things like searching testy dishes on ZOMATO in office time, Taking active part in Office Politics, Chit-Chat on whatsapp with their office buddies & swallowing BHARAT's (mentioned above).

...ND. From April'20 to August'20 (6 months) they have not given me a single penny. I was on their pay-roll not on freelancing / contract basis. Ultimately I have to resign after waiting for 6 months on their fake promise of getting me on board. So be very careful before entering into this organization as I have seen their real colors behind their sophisticated approach & the background they belongs to.
