The team leader and the manager are super amazing, the dept that I work too are DCA which is really nice, although the form are too long. The Team Leader and the Coach Leader are very helpful can't denied that,the trainer are super awesome and the learning is there in training. The perk is that Sat and Sun is awesome.

Dislikes

...all they are care just money. The owner and HR. Don't work in this organisation. The salary is less compare to others. Your increament is less.

Medusind take a candidate with backlog also, So you can show some skills and get a year of experience can move to a good company. There is no career growth. Depends on which team you are moving too work pressure will be there for sure

Training is good, There is no Termination, Good environment, There is no salary hike even if you guys work for more than 12 to 15 hours. Better don't go to phase to after training.

Only one thing salary credited on time To be frank please don't work for this company even for a day. PATHETIC Organization. Egoistic and Arrogant TL. You are slave to them. They are not treating you well. Ahmedabad TL (Meera Vaja) she is creating fake profile of the candidates in front of the Managers. They will toucher you with over work burden. They will call you to work on week end but when you entering the office you came to know that your TL it self is not coming. Seriously don't want to abuse but I can't.

...e experienced ALL THE PATHETIC things here in a period of my first six month 8. For remaining six month they have neither give me salary nor work as if I was a freelancer (During pandemic). 9. Not only me they have done this with lot of peoples during pandemic. 10. PLEASE DOTN'T APPLY TO THIS COMPANY NEVER EVER. Why to take risk with your sound and good profile. 11. Think 2-3 times before stepping into this organization.

19.08.2019 I Appointed as Sr Executive Finance Employee Code A5453 under Meera Vaja (Team Lead) , Bharat Pujara (AGM Finance) Aniruddh (CFO) ; I blessed with three most TOXIC seniors in Accounts. Out of these three I have to work Meera Vaja (VIRULENT, POISONOUS LADY) on day to day basis. She is not event competent to become Toilet Cleaner or Sweeper but this company has give them the post of TEAM LEADER. She only interested in new find out silly mistakes of mine, how to use sarcastic language, not to support in critical situation, not to provide proper guidance, training , ordering like a BOSS etc. She is also interested in few other things like searching testy dishes on ZOMATO in office time, Taking active part in Office Politics, Chit-Chat on whatsapp with their office buddies & swallowing BHARAT's (mentioned above).

...ND. From April'20 to August'20 (6 months) they have not given me a single penny. I was on their pay-roll not on freelancing / contract basis. Ultimately I have to resign after waiting for 6 months on their fake promise of getting me on board. So be very careful before entering into this organization as I have seen their real colors behind their sophisticated approach & the background they belongs to.
