Extremely poor work culture. Very high manual work and your work is not defined. Tremendous work pressure and hence no worklife balance. Weekend working is a norm. Very low appraisal hike or zero hike. Very low job security can lay off anytime. Avoid coming here.

I would rate in (-) in minus. They are just there 4 time pass and doing bargain in salary better than vegetable market. Just open your own tea stall rather than doing 25k to 30k job here. Tea stall help u to earn 2000k so 60k per month on long term but in blue cheap companies like this u have to bear untolerable presuure and unnecessary chitiyappa. In tea stall no 1 is your boss, u r your own boss.

...d. This company won't through you out untill unless there is an integrity issue. Salary hike for first year is good for AR. They take us for one day picnic every year. Politics is there in each & every company.

Dislikes

Coordinators they wanted us to do unnecessary things n give justification about it. I personally don't like their behaviour either towards work or company, they are not ready to listen about our inputs. Even they take credits of our work.

19.08.2019 I Appointed as Sr Executive Finance Employee Code A5453 under Meera Vaja (Team Lead) , Bharat Pujara (AGM Finance) Aniruddh (CFO) ; I blessed with three most TOXIC seniors in Accounts. Out of these three I have to work Meera Vaja (VIRULENT, POISONOUS LADY) on day to day basis. She is not event competent to become Toilet Cleaner or Sweeper but this company has give them the post of TEAM LEADER. She only interested in new find out silly mistakes of mine, how to use sarcastic language, not to support in critical situation, not to provide proper guidance, training , ordering like a BOSS etc. She is also interested in few other things like searching testy dishes on ZOMATO in office time, Taking active part in Office Politics, Chit-Chat on whatsapp with their office buddies & swallowing BHARAT's (mentioned above).

...ND. From April'20 to August'20 (6 months) they have not given me a single penny. I was on their pay-roll not on freelancing / contract basis. Ultimately I have to resign after waiting for 6 months on their fake promise of getting me on board. So be very careful before entering into this organization as I have seen their real colors behind their sophisticated approach & the background they belongs to.
