Meaningful work that serves the humanity. Great work culture. Perfect Work life balance. Framework to Innovate in every aspect.
Slight disparity in terms of pay. Like any other Indian centres here also there are some managers who practice favoritism and that's spoiling the branding.
Always on time Salary. If targets has been achieved, so you'll get proper incentives for that. Foreign trips if company achieved yearly targets.
Overall great company to work.
Well, first of all, if you are on the sales team, you'll be always on pressure, unless until your target is achieved.
It will be total nightmare for you if haven't reached out to your target, your manager will be always on top of you.
So work culture is good from the outside but it will be really a headache from inside.
