...now how to handle employee query ( I'm worry about college where she passed ) Salary come after montly sales review if you dont perform well First they took mail from you .if You will complete your target next month otherwise company will take any action ( if you have guts plz tell in interview so no one join you) In this action They also not give to your salary*(hidden clause) Every friday they do weekly review in which these guys grill you without any reason ( lot of reviews doesn't mean sale happen ) better to go in field with sales person Operation VP Apni taang na adye sales review me . Its better ki chup rahe ar fokat ki salary uthaye Evey time founder told we closed 20 to 30 lacs every month But if you see in zoho account there is no invoice of new account ( faltu ki hawa bazzi) Pricing of software is very high Without any market research And when any employee will tell about the pricing We are diffrernt product . But if he did market reasearch they get to know that already product is present with very less cost . I agree their is 1 or 2 account who will pay high revenue .
