This company is Noida Based Indian company and CMDs of this company are very cooperative when a employee is hunger for growth in bussiness and support ice to company. In this company there is mai thing is CMDs always take stand and make direct touch to every employee. Great thought and strategy by Company head. Overall great experience.

We are doing job in this company and there is no other option now. We are getting half salary every month from last 8 months. How will we servive in a lot of expenses, responsiblities etc. If company will provide full month salary then that's be better.

Good experience, learnt various aspects of the job.Plus the support from seniors is excellent.Also the company product range is very good.

MEDSOL INDIA OVERSEAS is a worst company to work as a Medical Representative. Medsol India overseas owner are not doing final settlement of their employees when they resign the company. Even they don't want to know the reason behind it, why their employees are leaving the company. They gives false commitment on future promtion. Also they are not giving releaving letter to their employees so that their employees cannot join other company. very disappointed by the managers and owner, they are not following the rules and regulations even the rules driven by indian government. They know the loop holes in the system and whatever they want. They do not left any proof of their work so that any employee will not complain about them. This company is a live example of corruption and torture on employees. Even they are not giving any lunch break in between the work in a whole day. DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE WHICH I MADE TO JOIN THIS COMPANY. if you join nobody cann't help you.

Medsol india overseas is giving lowest sallery in this industry and uses their employees minimum 16 hours a day. They are not providing any settlement procees or releaving letter or experience letter when the employees left the company. Medsol india overseas does not trust on their employees, also they are applied a location tracker and system tracker to track their employees. I know these things because i was facing these problems. This is worst company to work for any kind of job profile. In starting days of your job you feel good but when you want to switch your company, you will find that you were scammed by the MEDSOL INDIA OVERSEAS. I WAS REALLY WEEPING IN THIS COMPANY DURING MY WORKING. DON'T DO THE SAME MISTAKE WHICH I MADE TO JOIN TO THIS COMPANY.
