...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiners.

Nothing, they will offer a good package and bluff regarding facilities, policies and office hours but in actual scenario is different. Worst HR policy ever. They'll change as per their wish anytime.

Dislikes

...ery time you have to beg for your own leaves. Leads to loss of pay frequently. They will create a fear of salary cut and termination initially itself. And they teminate you for no reason. Only politics and termination here that's why lots of vacancies here anytime. They will not let you to change company also. After getting good offer, they will not accept your registration also. Leads to loss of future jobs offer. Mobile phone s are not allowed here even for managers also. Forget about office timings, if you are leaving office at 7pm also, they Will feel you have committed crime for leaving before 9 pm. If you are lucky enough to get registration acceptance letter. They will cut your last 2 month salary and also they will write some notes in your releaving letter regarding your character and your performance is not satisfactory. Only politics here. You will feel trapped. Good luck

medreich is one of the worst company in india beacause of 1. less salary more work 2. 2 years orginal marks memos agreement bond once u enter into medreich they will not give marks memos 3. more work less pay 4. no quality of food 5. Especially microbiology dept more torchure even goining wash room also manager will ask where u went 6. no sunset 7. no seats available in cab 8. one of the stupid company in bangalore 8. i have completed 2 year agreement i went for 5 times corporate office to my marks memo 9. please before joining medreich once think for freshers 10. 2 years agreement two years Jail please please dont join medreich company. 11. for me given increment 1100 rupess 12 the company spoiled my life Auditor Points : - Manipulation for EM plates 2. Fungal plates decontaminate without intimation higher otherites 3. manipulation colony counting 4. not following SOPs 5. over writing pages changes to new page replacement in out side binding works. 6. Major points more is there

HR management was very bad. Not in the employee favour. If we work for more than 2+ years also they will not provide any experience letter until you pay some 52XXX amount. I Never experienced these kind of things. They will give Mental pressure so that you can't sustain more period.

Everything is good..managament is full support from the employee and organisation as geven a gud salary and bonus and gud facility ..I am happy with working in this organisation.
