A lot of work pressure is given in this company. There is no value for people who do hard work. People who dont work properly also are given good position and not removed from the company at all even if they dont work. You can never trust this company as they can remove any of the employee without any reason and no prior notice as well for removing from the company. There is no recognition for any hard work in this company. Instead of 9hr duty they ask us to do 12 hrs duty even that won't be appreciated by them. At week off also you need to work at times and be available over phone. There is no personal life at all if you join this company. I suggest no one to join this company as I myself feel I wasted my two years in such a company here I did not get any new learnings. The manager is so self obsessed that he doesn't feel anyone greater than him and treats everyone as a slave of his. My reporting manager is very partial towards some employee and has given them good flexible time to work as well and makes reports for the prefered employee so that they can use it in the meeting but when anyone else ask for any such help the manager never helps us. The manager is a very arrogant person who doesn't want anyone to excel in the company and he just wants his preferred employee to be on the top. The manager is very rude to all the employee and never understand any health issues or any personal reason for taking a leave. I request no one joins such a company where the manager is so partial to his own set of people whom he supports a lot
