Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics and the management dose not address. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Only thing I like is that it's a good company for freshers, good for faster learning.

...uffer like hell and at the end while releaving they will play with the employee. some persons were even forced to work 9-10 days after their releaving dates without salary just to get their releaving officially and some employees left the company even without taking releaving. As the HODs are having links with other companies also suppose you got selected in any other company ant they got the info very next day you will receive a call from the company in which you got selected that you have been rejected because of these cunning HODs. It is not the company, the people working in it are making the life miserable for others. Overall I would say working here felt like hell, each and every moment you will regret your decision of joining this company.

I did not like the role of this company, every month new rules were applied. my it manager in this company was not good, she always supported the Tamil person.

This is second time they have removed the people's in the field work bcoz only they have less sales... But they will not think about the peoples family and all No Mercy worst experience don't join ever....
