Nothing to be like , if you like to work on weekends for 12 hours and then 12 hours daily on weekdays that happens in infrastructure team them join. If you gonna ask questions then you will be given tasks that have no relevance either with your job role or any goal. No vision , you will become target. Our boss only wants to replace existing managers with his own people that is the agenda. Searching for the job but time is tough

No work life balance in Infrastructure Team. Salary hike is like peanut, No growth opportunities You will get threats so no job security No training for skill development, you need to pay for any training. You will be forced to work on things that have no value or no use but how an person in authority can torture you that you will experience here. Company culture is you will get paid on last day of the month and diwali gift and something else may be a jacket or t-shirt free food in cafeteria but after 1 or 2 times you dont want to eat.

No work life balance Have to extend shift and work to complete the assigned target work No bonus no incentives Only paycheck No monetary benefits to work hard Salary increment twice a year But not happy with it even after giving your best performance

People are good. You will get your leaves approved easily. Salary is high compared to other company. This is good company to settled down. You will get chance to work with experienced person in there field.

Dislikes

No learning, you will not promoted until you don't tell your manager you want promotion. Training only to manager. Manager are busy enough so that don't get chance to talk to team instead seek update from team lead and blindly believe on them. More focus on business knowledge, not for technically expert person. People just come and do there work and make sure that they will not blame for any work.

Worst work culture, inefficient management, no training provided to upskill employees. Everything this runned by US stakeholders. If they want to remove you the India management will not think and will put the employee in PIP a tool being used by management to remove you from the organisation. They will endure that you don't pass the PIP by giving you stretch target and they will monitor you to ensure you fail. My recommendation for experience candidates is to don't consider Medline over your current organization as you will regret leaving them for Medline. Every day working in Medline will be like today my job may go. Just to add this feedback is for Finance team not for others, in Finance there is a monster heading the group who knows nothing can't even talk in English for minutes but he is good at tongue service to US stakeholders and his ability to do politics.

Scope of learning depends on project.. It's an employee friendly company..Best for Married female..I had good experience as my manager was good..

Project Learning skill is good but need extra efforts to learn..
