good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management company policies are good , appraisalsare fair amd they give good salary hike every year.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiners.

...ery month, I was getting 2 extras LOP after maintaining 8 hours of login time. Most of the time my salary got deducted because of LOP which I haven't taken.

They won't provide salary for employee properly.. They say some amount and they give less amount of salary for no reason without information nothing... Won't understanding employees need... They won't provide salary after 45days of resignation...they ask us to send 3200 then they will credit our salary .. If we won't credit 3200 in medlife account number which they have provided they won't give salary at all. After sending so many mails no response...no proper communication with hr... They won't respond properly..
