I like office work very much. The company's behavior was good. Everyone worked silently. I will always remember that work.

I used to get my salary late. Later the office was opened at another place where I was left with nothing. I had to leave the job finally.

There is no job security. there are no fixed kra. They lie to you during interview and give false commitments. They hire people and remove them without reason from office boy to the head of department no one is safe. It's a fraud firm. They don't know how to run a company and expect new comers with no experience to run business, when they realise they shouldn't have taken the person they remove you. No one should join. Any employee will say same thing. Anytime they can close the company. They just do timepass and have to seriousness for anything.

I had a wonderful team of Doctors and my mentors were always supportive & encouraging to perform ''Out of the Box''. There is always a chance to perform more than expected and grow faster.

Since this is a start up, you get lot to learn from all career perspective. It won't bind you only to your KRA. A lot of exposure to work at different levels within and outside of the organization.
