Too much of politics. Management is very poor and they seem not educated at all with the work culture. All the policies are like garbage making employees work as if they are working in a mill or in a construction site.

Nothing except just a few team mates.

Everything. You just do all the hardwork and good work hoping that your efforts will be recognised,but no,that doesn't happen here. Manager/Managers do not value an individual's unique strength. No growth at all. Employees or the people on the higher positions are always involved in bad politics and a biased behaviour.
