I like dealing with clients because they're mostly great.

There are too many terrible people in the leadership. These terrible people are not terrible because they're incompetent but because they have awful attitudes and treatment of employees. Most of our leaders here are experienced in the industry but are toxic and talk down on the employees.

The company had decent benefits and some opportunities to learn new technical skills.

Dislikes

The job felt mindless, with tasks that barely scratched the surface of actual problem-solving. The boss played favorites, creating an unfair environment where hard work went unnoticed unless you were part of their inner circle. On top of that, the browbeating over minor mistakes made it clear that management cared more about control than growth or support.
