Nothing to be liked. They just believe in hiring and firing the employees within few months only without any reason. Lot of internal politics in the company as well as in the HR Department. Completely waste of time to join this company and spoil your resume experience.

This is multi national company but very good work area but higher authorities is very poor experience he not encouraging hard workers, only entertainment peoples is good salary and promotions and increments this is the situation, i experienced almost 2 years

ONLY ENTERTAINMENT PEOPLES ARE THE BEST FOR THE COMPANY HE'S GOT ALL PROMOTIONS AND INCREMENTS BUT STRICT EMPLOYEES AND HARD WORKERS IS A FOR THE COMPANY. THIS IS THE SITUATION.

It was totally a horrible experience working with Medicover. I’ll not recommend anyone to join there.

Senior staff are the worst. Whole hierarchy is worst. All senior staff Is involved in bicthing. They won’t let you grow in your carrier.

Very supportive management. Company policies are excellent. Job security is there throughout. Truly supportive MD CEO and clinical director.

Dislikes

Policies for appraisal are not implemented. Appraisals are not there. Communication gaps between doctor and management.
