Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Its look good from the outside world but inside the college who are not permanent there are treated badly by the doctors and other

It's a govt medical college,,, oldest in India . ... established in 1835 along with Chennai medical college.....the best in West Bengal....ranked within best 20 in India..... excellent work opportunity and work environment
