Very friendly environment,Fun activity every month,peacefull place for concentrating on work.I have worked under software development team my managaer was so kind he is man who helps me while i was tuff situation such a cool man.

Dislikes

No phones allowed inside workplace.No work from home option for software team.They will properly maintain In and out time for each and evry punching strictly we should be inside for 8 hrs a day.

No permanent process all process temporary no knowledge gain only machine life always asking production they don't concentrate quality only quantity besed job no IJP no promotion if you want normal work style it's best company if you knowledge gain please move to some other place

Worst managers leads to the medical coding department, zero knowledge gaining, Managers treating the Immaturity ways to the coders.

Job security is very very less, even thy can term you on propagation period, work culture is upto respective leads, management is worst because have joined there and after few mnths I got pregnant, in perks and benefits thy had 3 months of meternity not even consider my request for maternity, not in this case more than 5+ years employees doesn't have they proper growth.. Managers and leads treats the team members with partiality, work balance, skills development, learning about new projects is all good..

I was in MBW for 3 years and 10 months for 2 years and 4 months I was in Demo and charge entry I enjoyed working with my Charge team TL Murali and Manager Suresh they supported me and taught me to grow up I'm really thankful to them. People who are all looking for Charge entry and AR guys go head
