It was one of the first hospital in Siliguri to provide multi speciality care to the patients of North Bengal region. A very coherent team of doctors, very dedicated towards patient services.

Dislikes

A very good hospital spoilt by a useless team of management who don't need people to work for the hospital but rather for them. The centre head of a hospital is ba, ma in english literature who doesn't even know to write grammatically correct english.

I really appreciate the team work of Medica hospital,If I will get chance to work there in furture again I'll yes to this hospital. Excellent staff with great under great leadership

So many things about here ,not all things possible to mention here... Here no work culture ,abusive words using by higher management to their coworkers and no work culture no systematic work flow.
