(Take everything over a mail, DO NOT TRUST HR AND TA) 2.Hide out in compensation 3. do not truust on management specially HR team, TA, HRM (mohsin), managers, team leads because They will promise you fake stuff all time like there's a new project and we want you here for 4weeks and will atleast keep u there for 6months to year also. Even your offer letter says chennai or pune location. 4. No joining bonus for pune and chennai people but TA will fake promise for sure 5. Team leads are very rude, unprofessional, egoistic, knowledge LESS & Chatu. 6. No indian Holidays 7. Micro-management, you will have to put message in the group even if you're going to peee. 8. Mahendran (skip level manager) is not at all concerned about employees (associate level) and their concerns. 9. Few projects have weekend working and 6days working but company will not disclose this over an offer/appointment letter. 10. No learnings at all. All you'll learn is to please everyone. 11. Forcefully changes the project and no freedom to choose the project. You'll have to work as per company says and can be on weekends as well. 12. ALWAYS stay away from HR manager. 13. Managers will take revenge of lost table tennis match in daily routine.

Work culture here is fantastic. No micro management. The organization doesn't question any employee unless and until if there is an serious escallation. The organization is open to innovation and is coming up with some initiatives which are meant for the personal growth of their employees.

Dislikes

...t pay you shift allowances even if your timings doesn't fall under night shifts. The CTC structure is too complex and one cannot be sure about the take home salary. The HR department is nominative, they won't come up with a solution for employees concerns. Instead they escallate each and every single issue to the higher management which makes an employee embarassing.

Salary package Scam: The difference between the promised package and the actually take home pay feels deceptive and misleading. Transparency in compensation is severely lacking. Unfair Hike System: While Salary hikes are one of the few positives, they are heavily influenced by personal relationships with managers rather than merit. Favoritism is rampant with manager showing clear bias, especially towards female employees. Regional Politics: Internal politics based on regional backgrounds (North vs South) creates a toxic and divisive work culture, leading to unnecessary friction among employees. Management Disparity: While there are great leaders like Nirav others like Akhilesh display poor leadership qualities, favoritism and unprofessional behavior. Lack of Credibility: Even banks do not consider this company reputable enough to approve loans, which speaks volumes about its standing and reliability.

Internal politics based on the region (north south) Lots of deductions in salary in the name of tax Unethical behaviour by the team members Negligence by the higher authorities towards their employees

...nt hike/appraisal given by based on employees QPR (Quaterly performance Review). So based on the 4 QPR's employees will get the Annual hike also everyone will get quarterly bonus as well. so compare to other companies this bonus system is very good in Mediamint.

Except cab & Food facility nothing is Bad from mediamint.
