Micro-management of time allotted for projects. Could be a bit difficult to adjust for non-Marathi speakers.

Likes

Overall experience was pretty good. - Really good work life balance - OT is paid if you're working on holidays or Weekends - Quick turnover of projects, you'll get to work on a lot of different projects in relatively short period. - Friendly team and Management, no internal politics as per my experience. - Web based project management and task tracking, makes things easier and organized. - Permanent WFH, if you enjoy working from your home office.

Dislikes

- Micro management, need I say more. - You'll have to clock in your time to each individual task - Not much room for creativity and development with very short project deadlines and rehashed kind of work. - Most of the staff is Marathi, so there's a very small bit of a language barrier. It won't affect the work, just limit your ability to gel up within informal conversations, as people feel more comfortable having fun in their native language. You'll have much more fun if you're good with Marathi.

Likes

It's good for only newcomers(freshers) to learn about work management. Training provides, as they had a Standard of work.

Dislikes

1) Outside Company experience doesn't matter here much. 2) Lacks Motivation from Company employees to new joiners. 3) No Job security, Saw some new joiners got fired within 10 days of joining were on Training period.
