For pandemic time they had allowed work from home. That's it.

... oil the higher management they will provide you hike and for rest "go to hell". Salary structure is poor for old employees while they hire new employees with double salary. Job security is worst as management. You have to prepare yourself all the time while you are entering in to the office premises to listen "you need not to come from tomorrow" ...handover everything to you reporting manager. WFH is only for oil based people. And appraisal, you never be informed about the appraisal rating , it is done internally without informing the employee except manager's dearest one.

Seniors were very supportive. Salary and growth opportunities is less. Too much politics. Work life balance is great.

Company is great you will get opportunity to learn a lot.except some senior level managers in the branch. Senior level managers should start supporting employees and guide them properly instead of finding their faults and criticizing them.

Very much friendly environment , Have learned a lot. Awesome experience with this company. Managers as well as my team members were too good , very much supportive in work.

Compensation is in Average , but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too high. managers do appreciate in mail, msgs but during mid-year appraisals it mostly go unnoticed.

...etent, unprofessional, and completely disconnected from the employees' concerns. Salary is absolutely bs, labours earn more .There is zero appreciation for hard work, and career growth is nonexistent. The work culture is toxic, with micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and a lack of basic respect for employees. Work-life balance is a joke here. If you value your sanity and professional growth, stay far away from this place. A manager from Bangalore location named Sara is absolutely worst. She simply thinks herself as God.
