No growth or recognition for work. very bad don't join here.have to work 24/7 for the less salary they pay and will use hr policy only to tell the employees on how they can be removed from work have attend traning all their traning and still complete their work like employee should not have personal life should only work for company

...ning is very helpful and it is very help in my carrer. The job security is nice. The growth is their but salary growth is not high. The travelling bus is their but it is not their. The work environment is very nice. The work life balance is their but shift is rotational.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. I have to attend customer calls

Lot of learning... If want to understand health insurance and processing in its core, this is the place... Instead of job, if we think as paid internship, learning and the compensation will make us satisfied.

No hike, no promotions, over burden, politics,dynamics,groupism, favouritism,low salary 20k for freshers ,changing rules and regulations ,no value for doctors, worst managers and HR, HR always support senior managers they have no role in mediassist if any issue arises for common employes they always support senior managers, Dr.Poulomee is the worst senior manager
