Very much friendly environment , Have learned a lot. Awesome experience with this company. Managers as well as my team members were too good , very much supportive in work.

Compensation is in Average , but growth is slow. The work pressure is not too high. managers do appreciate in mail, msgs but during mid-year appraisals it mostly go unnoticed.

The company culture is excellent and salary system is up to the mark. Head office Bangalore environment is better than branches.

There is no any new thing to learn, growth is very slow and no job security.

Lot of learning... If want to understand health insurance and processing in its core, this is the place... Instead of job, if we think as paid internship, learning and the compensation will make us satisfied.

The salary scale is very very low than the average market.
