If you have career gap or other issues, then you can choose this but don’t expect any professional approach or good future from Medhavi, specially from HR Department. Nothing to like about the company

Dislikes

The company has the work culture. The founder is biased and listens only to the opinions and whatever a couple of people say. He is completely blind eyed and deaf eared towards the opinion of others. No proper management, grievances and problems are not heard on time. The management is least bothered to listen and keep an open mind to implement new strategies for the benefit of the employees
