... are on leaves. I have never ever seen or heard such kind of horrible workplace. They pay salary like chillers and then pay extra to employees sometimes just to do favour on them so that employees can't think to leave the company and they will ask to employees to leave for silly things, such unprofessional place. And employees working there don't have courage to say anything happening wrong there, everyone have hatred from inside but no one is capable enough to speak up.

Company staff not supporting, job resignation ke baad apko notice period nhi dene dege aur salary bhi dege bolenge notice period tumne serve nhi kia what a cheap thing

No professionalism, GM are chutiyas, spacially shashank kesarwani, you have to suck your CMD every now and then by unwillingly following him on his astro ventures on every social media platforms. No salary hike policy for good work. Not recommended at all to any one.

The only good thing is the timely salary.

Everybody in the company management asks for the bribe from Managers and Engineers and so every manager have good faith with those subordinates who collect and provide. Those employees who fail to do so the managers fight and use foul language towards them with the support of management.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.
