Everything, no personal life especially for the staff sitting at HO, mental health and physical health are comprised. Employees are not even allowed to eat in office timings other than lunch that's so so so pathetic. People are being tortured for other shits and not for work that is the most worst thing is there. Employees are compiled to follow and advertise CMD's personal interests. I can't even imagine now to work there it's horrible. And staffs are being disturbed even they are on leaves. I have never ever seen or heard such kind of horrible workplace. They pay salary like chillers and then pay extra to employees sometimes just to do favour on them so that employees can't think to leave the company and they will ask to employees to leave for silly things, such unprofessional place. You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

They are lots of things to dislike here 1 Strict timing of coming office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.
