Engineer 's Salary is very less in this company. and workload is Major. Salary Deduction is very high in case of balance leave.

You can learn things here whole year but don't ask for appraisal. Because they have 2 cr turnover but they are not giving any appraisal to you so think about this. Only Lucknow Employees gets benefits of anything from company side. A very big company.

... office but there is no fix timing of exit. 2 You will never get appraisal here. 3 They will never give your salary after the resign. 4 There is no HR Policy. 5 Very lala type company. 6 There are lots of politics. 7 In short avoid joining here.

(1) Providing mostly old and used IT equipment. (2) Asking repots suddenly & urgent basis. (3) Not giving the time of home work for correct and accurate reports. (4) No increments & Promotion on timely.

The HO staffs like coordinator, super coodinators, and State head of JJM project are incompetent and lack of technical skills are handling the overall project with buttering skill to the management. They all are either 12th pass, simply graduate or degree in irrelevent field and dealing the most important govt project. At site 70% staffs are good and 20% are not suitable degree holders. The CMD of the company has an irrelevent dimension of work who ethically degrading the engineering profession gradually. The company has zero experience and incompetent in the civil engg. projects. The management is surrounded by the buttering people. The HR dept. recruiting the new staffs by taking the bribes and the commission is divided among the HO staffs. Most of the cheater and stupid staffs are present at the head office. New staffs must be aware during the joining of the job as there is no job security and respect.
