Not a 5 day office. Lot of deductions from salary that you can't expect. No difference in salary if highly performed, get same amount of money of less skilled people.

1. Advantage for R&D Electrical engineers is they will deal with Power Electronics, Analog Electronicsin Medha. For me dealing with those gives very high Job satisfaction. 2. Company culture is good. 3. You will get good colleagues. Although it wasn't their Project but they will help you & guide you in a better way in troubleshooting of your project as soon as you approach them. 4. Company increments are also very good. 5. You will never feel job insecurity

Dislikes

1. Initial salary is low. So you need to struggle a little for a while 2. It is 6days in Medha. 3. Although you get Coffs(for extra hours working) you mostly may not use.

...o explore new things, but probably one won't get time due to tight schedules. Starting salary is also not attractive for the freshers

Maintaining work life balance is difficult. Salary is also not satisfactory. There will be no sufficient time and encouragement to improve the skills in our interested areas.

...des very good opportunities for learning & innovating. Appraisal system is good. Salary is good. Job is very much secured. Work done here equals the work done by NITians and IITians in top MNCs. Hardwork and talent get very much recognition.

Work-life balance is too bad. Company pushes so many targets and deadlines and never bothers of employee welfare. Hierarchy system is too bad in some departments, some senior management employees are useless, lack knowledge and wisdom, dont learn or solve any issues and expect lower employees to do all the job, inshort, technical managers behave like just HR managers and have zero technical knowledge . Only some seniors, not all, some work extremely hard and no comments on them. Heavy work is ok only if every saturday is a holiday. But only one 3rd saturday is a holiday and other saturdays are working days. Due to design of electronics for railways, over-night testing, field trails are inevitable which are horrible and employees spend so many sleepless nights and work in very harsh field environments. Canteen food is worst, doesnt provide other sources of food like fruits , drinks even for money. Complete drain of energy with hectic work is common. And one sunday holiday is useless, gies for resting alone.

...ed to associates are good. For beginners it's good company to start your career. Bonus and other things are good only if you are sycophant. No technical knowledge skills will develop in this company.

Dislikes

Micro management. HR on-boarding experience wrost. No support after joining in company, Management tone changed talked rudely no work life balance. Biased management. Experience holder no value if you have expertise in A. Company management will give work in X. Company culture not so good feels like regret. Company only needs labour's.
