I like work and teammates mingling work culture, top level management attitude, culture and timely salary payments

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is poor, the work preasure is very high and subbordinates are responsible for mistakes done by managers

Yearly twice increment and field of work

Not a 5 day office. Lot of deductions from salary that you can't expect. No difference in salary if highly performed, get same amount of money of less skilled people.

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good,Teammates are supportive &This the place where we can develop knowledge & Skills,Company give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics & Seniors doesn't address our issue in my department.

...t. Top Management is working very hard to take the organization to next level. They paid full salary during lockdown and later reduced the no. of leaves, reduced bonus and increment to 30% of actual amount for that year.

HR is weak. HR policies can be improved.
