HR is weak. HR policies can be improved.

Yearly twice increment and field of work

Not a 5 day office. Lot of deductions from salary that you can't expect. No difference in salary if highly performed, get same amount of money of less skilled people.

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good,Teammates are supportive &This the place where we can develop knowledge & Skills,Company give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics & Seniors doesn't address our issue in my department.

There is a large scope to improve one's knowledge in many fields in this organization. Management take care for their employees in regard of the Personal Health and Work Environmental Health.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.
