Honestly Nothing.. literally, i haven't seen such unpredictable n unprofessional management ever before in my entire experience.. expenses on hold till 6 months.. indirectly they hold your three months salary like advance n they don't even released it even if it's ur FFS

...eepwalking! It’s all about company rules and regulations, giving jailhouse vibe. If you’re thinking about joining, do it only if your core is in biometrics and you’re okay with a peanut salary. Other fields? Forget about learning, you'll only have dumb people around

Medgenome lab has impressed me with its well-organized and efficient operations. The lab's dedication to genetic research and its commitment to providing excellent customer service are particularly noteworthy. My experience working here has exposed me to a wealth of valuable knowledge in the field of genetics.

Two significant areas of concern within the company are the appraisal process, which often results in a lack of differentiation between individual performance levels(Despite being recognized as a star employee, I remained in an entry-level position for four years and received the same performance evaluation as my peers) and the difficulty in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

I have joined MedGenome labs recently. I do find it quite interesting and exciting from applying the concepts from university in real.

Dislikes

I do find it difficult in managing timings and getting adapted to new corporate environment. Do apply when your ready working on saturdays.

Worst work culture. Few people has make their lobby they do nothing but get the cridt for good thing and for bad they blame on new joinee or those do not belongs to their lobby. No compoff if work for sunday/Holiday.
