Too many politics.not a healthy environment for the work.hr manager is too partial. You get to work with the immatured team members.and a manager who has no knowledge about the work at all

It is a very professional and amazing company to work with for any individual. There is no pay disparity based on gender and your success is totally dependent on your own merit and talent. I had an amazing time working with Medfin.

Financial part and salary on time but superior are not friendly with changes and taking input from teams members who are working on field

Like superior or sales they were not ready to face real problems whatever field teams were facing or face right now, he's believe to make pressure without any reason for output
