...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No job security as it depends on projects.

...office has been flexible in working hours and returning to office post lockdown. No one is having a job cut or pay cut at such difficult times for both the organisation and employees

I love MSF over all. Job, Training, Job security, Career growth and salary.

I like every thing in MSF But some of high label staffs behavior not good. very bad tinging of lower staff OR politics for the promotion. This is my experience of 9th years in MSF.

what I do not like is hiring incompetent staff in high-ranking positions in a country like Afghanistan in hospitals but the staff under it a good experience
