In this company there is no job security. There is two director Mr. & Mrs. Agrwal. Mrs. Agarwal is too good n she is very supportive women. She is a very grt person. But my experience is not good with mr. Agarwal he is extra angry person. He never think what he is saying to employees. He is not appreciate the employees. He like few employees only not all. No one is permanent in this company. Even he poke the employees. I always respect him but at last my end is not good with this company. 95% employees not happy bcoz of him.

...man. He never understand the employees emotions. Now i have a so many things. But he give the salary on time. I add one more thing jaane ka time fix hai but aane ka nhi....

Only 2-3 employees and the office maid was good otherwise nothing is good in that company...I had a terrible experience it's so la la type company.

...ffice kinda environment no discipline at all even h.r don't know the rules of H.R 😂she don't know how to communicate , prepare salary slips & resignation letters, offers letter. no discipline environment ....the most important thing is that i resigned 2 months ago still i didn't receive my experience letter, salary slip they continuously ignoring my messages. I can't explain how terrible experience i got from that company in simple language working with them is wastage of time and skills ...such a weird organisation with weirdo rules 😬.

...on each other was really bad, there is no maintenance, H.R didn't know her work. There is no salary slip, for their personal expenses, employees salary shown as incentives . They provide offer letter after 2 months of working .

I really like the Work culture all thanks to Vasu sir and all my colleagues. Work culture always play major role in employee’s life and according to me here we have the best work culture. CEO sir is supportive and polite that if someday I will become enterpreneur I will like to become like him only. And my colleagues are also so supportive that it’s my privilege to work with them. I really hope we can make our Medcure Organics as number one derma company.

I'm so pleased to get an opportunity to work with Medcure organics Pvt Ltd. Everybody is so helpful & supportive from colleagues to seniors. Decent work place to work & great working experience. I expect more learning and exposure in future. I'm so glad to be a part of this organisation
