No health insurance for employees, no travel allowance or no cabs provided, delay in salary credit, worst manager named swarna, she won't come to office but she asks everyone to come to office, if not she'll say LOP, no on-time appraisals, no promotions, small office premises which had only one washroom, no snacks provided, worst HR manager, shows partiality males should come to office but females can work from home, one of my friend working since 5years in this organisation now he promoted as sr process associate, this is the gratitude shown by this company towards employees

I've had a few friends who either work here and they have always raved about the Atmosphere of professionalism. This company values the importance of teamwork and job statisfaction.

It's All good.. So.. Nothing is in dislike things in the company.

Whoever complete in degree, the Medconverg company is a good for them because they will learn some New things to here,and they will improve communication skills, they can easily find each and every grammatical mistakes, and improve grammer. The Medconverg management is treating very friendly nature and whatever doubt if anyone has they will make it clear and they will give lot of support to our Medconverg employees. The company policies are good.
