Worst management. They will terminate u before the salary date so they don’t want to pay you. no immediate relieving they will ask you to serve notice period even though you are in your death bed and they don’t pay your hard earned salary by saying that u are absconded. All the 7 days in a week are working days they will threaten you to work in Diwali holidays , Saturday, Sunday and everyday in a year. And they don’t pay you for that . We have to work for almost 12 hours a day even though in Saturday and Sunday’s and the target will be more so that no one can achieve the target so sunday will be compulsory working day.The manager and GCS will treat you like school children they will ask you the count for every half an hour no respect for the Co employees.

...mangement said we will extract 1500 rupees .. atleast day pay also not giving .. HR department is very careless towards Coder's and their salary's ..

Before joining this company i was happy, don't even think about joining there.

Dislikes

...e is no personal lives for us. Favourism at its top tire. No recognition at all. They expect you to work at Saturday and Sunday also but would pay you the OT amount at all. Will scam you saying you will get in the next month so work weekends this month. No incentives, no bonus, no medical insurance, no job security at all. One day all of a sudden will be terminated without even providing proper explanation. Don't even think about joining this company.

One challenge I've noticed while working at Medcode is the occasional pressure to meet tight deadlines, especially during periods of high demand. While I understand that accuracy and speed are crucial in medical coding, it can sometimes feel overwhelming

Good facility And great group coordinator whenever I have doubt regarding medical coding they reached us and explain clearly and I don't feel any pressure while I am working there that is the main thing that help to focus on my work and build my interest on medical coding.

I don't have anything to dislike ,medcode is the first company give me the opportunity to developed my skills .
