Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

...ployees are not at all helpful and work environment is also very unprofessional. The company don't even have any HR team to handle if the employees are satisfied with the salary part or not. I will not prefer anyone to work in this company.

The employees of the company ate not helpful even the Team Leader does not provide the complete information. The work environment is also very unprofessional. When I was working there, the company don't have any team of HR to handle the concerns of the employee. I will not refer this company to anyone.
