...management team is so pathetic, there is so much politics and plotting is there. I remembered my salary difference was 500 rs difference from newly deployed staff . They want to work more with less staff. And yearly slary increment is according to how you buttering to you Incharge. So I don't think this much explanation is enough for working experience.

There is lots of policy. There is bond like system one year wasted. The experience are not counted .
