...management team is so pathetic, there is so much politics and plotting is there. I remembered my salary difference was 500 rs difference from newly deployed staff . They want to work more with less staff. And yearly slary increment is according to how you buttering to you Incharge. So I don't think this much explanation is enough for working experience.

...HOD is uncooperative even HR not interfere in pharmacy department becoz of HOD..No appreciation but if you do small mistake they cut your salary or sometime may be your leave...who joined here leave the job because of HOD behave..no one work under such radiculous boss..join any department except this pharmacy and nursing
