Courteous staff, No delay in salary, ambience good , Nice infrastructure, Abundant resources & logistics.good for short term work force

Dislikes

Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .

Not good place for hardworking employee, only management known get promotions. No formal communication by HR. Worst place for hardworking and honest employee. Honest and hardworking employees only use by HR but don't get anything in return.

Toxic work environment. Lack of professionalism. Family members sitting in highest positions and their known too in most of the hospital staff. No clarity about job description, with no defined role. Excessive micromanagement at every level just like a LRC (lala run company) No signs of a corporate run organization

...mates and supportive staff. cafeteria is huge and provide helthy food for staff.company policies are good and fair appraisal and give good salary hike bonus every year.

Classes and new staff bad behave not intersted and incharge politician, and selfrespect decrease and too much hard work ( that time i join medanta that time too good and after 2 year too much bad because of incharge and new joining staff they not know who to deal with patiemt and attendant , i m try too much time but not intrrsted and blame goes to tl and senior staff its to bad)
