Your seniors may not know much, but you’ll still have to follow their lead. 3. The nursing director lacks basic skills. Her decision making is awful she only likes those who flatter her. It doesn’t matter to her if someone is practical, skilled, and well-educated because, honestly, I doubt her own educational background. 4. Lastly, when you approach HR for help, they’ll throw up their hands too. They’re HR in name only, and the policies are nonsense. You won’t get any support. Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .
