Classes and new staff bad behave not intersted and incharge politician, and selfrespect decrease and too much hard work ( that time i join medanta that time too good and after 2 year too much bad because of incharge and new joining staff they not know who to deal with patiemt and attendant , i m try too much time but not intrrsted and blame goes to tl and senior staff its to bad)

No work life balance, no leaves, no opportunity to grow further, Too many management positions, Lot of old employees even after retirement which limits opportunity to young people, HR policy is very bad, employee benefit is just for sake of name, management pays good enough to only higher authorities rest man force work on below avg salaries.

They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. Poor work culture,manager are treating there staff like daily wages workes,admission team manager behavior with some staff are very rude.if want to join medanta never join admission team.some managers behavior are just like state bank of India staff

Very good environment very good service some staff is very supportive. Hospital provides very good services to all staff. Their medical and all the things. I m satisfied with all services

Salary is very low only higher level staff is happy but lower and middle staff is suffering from this situation They deserve good salary but they didn't get. I am very sad of this
