Most of my teammates are very nice and career growth is very good and other things are nice

Compensation is decent,but growth is very slow, the work pressure is too much. Sometimes i have to work 14-16hours straight day

There are less chances of getting promotions, job appraisal is less, increments and salary is less in comparison to the quality and quantity of work.

Medanta is a very good institute with good teamwork innovation etc but salary was not up to expectation before ..now no idea about that.i love to be a part this institution

...management team is so pathetic, there is so much politics and plotting is there. I remembered my salary difference was 500 rs difference from newly deployed staff . They want to work more with less staff. And yearly slary increment is according to how you buttering to you Incharge. So I don't think this much explanation is enough for working experience.
