Deaf-Dumb-blind administration, inertia in initiating new changes. They never give you feeling that your job is secure despite working with their standards. Not good for long term opportunities .

There is a job security at Medanta. The compensation and benefits are up to the mark.

Pathetic corporate culture. No learning and employees are forced into drudgery. No room for creative ideas and company is manned by Authoritarian. No role of HR in intradepartmental conflicts even if someone wants to escalate.

No employee joins a company only to resign after six months or a year. They resign because of: 1- Toxic work environment 2- Overstretched work pressure 3- Nepotism and office politics No one likes to change jobs frequently; it is the environment that forces them to do so. They are best hospital in the market under one roof you will get all the possible treatment.

They don’t give any appraisal even if you are working hard. They only pay too much money to their higher designated staff those who doesn’t fit to their values.

...itely join and will always say this. Very good organization and very good staff! Lab technician salary not good package but average is overall good.
