Peaceful work environmnet The whole staff and management is good. Salary increase every year. I have full satisfaction with my job.

From my point of view i don't think there is any week point of this working place

...take decisions, micro management. Nothing to learn, no recognition & appraisals.Positive points are job safety, timely disbursement of salary and flexible timings.

There is lack of clarity. Management/Promoters are not receptive, no streatgy is followed, prompt decisions are taken without proper conceness.

Because I like all the facilities and tha educational classes and everything..

Because thay don't take care of staff and staff's opinion their problems there issues for them everything staff says is excuse

Best culture, safest place to work,very cooperative colleague and the best and experience I got from the best team of Doctors and my seniors of all the speciality under one roof.

No study leave even for 15 to 20 days

They definitely appreciate a hard work of their employees. I am blessed to have them. I have learnt a lot. Specially thanks to Dr. S L Sihag sir, Dr. Manjeet Nirwan Sir, Dr. Rajeev Munjal sir and Dr. Arun kalra sir i am really blessed that under their supervision i have worked. I feel proud to work their. Only those people can work their who is having the ability to work and have the courage to take stand for themselves and stay honest with organisation and themselves. Once again thank you.

Dislikes

They should hire a good HR according to their work environment, who always take stand for employees for their rights. Whatever they are showing in training they should be with the employees and most importantly they should keep the privacy of the employees.
